Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 12 hours. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. You also have to give us static proofs, that you are not the person who “destroyed” the product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example redENGINE and all other products with licensekeys.

• Spoofer (…)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are only made via discord. Opening disputes at your bank or paypal etc. is not allowed and will end in strict sanctions.

You are not allowed to get a refund when you bought the wrong product! Double check everything before you purchase.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective and not license keys. If the licensekey do not work, there is a possible refund for sure! If you need to exchange it for the same item, open a ticket in our Discord! If you bought a rockstargames account which is invailed after 3 days, we won’t give you a refund. You have to change your rockstargames password instantly after you got your rockstargames account.

Payments and Fraud

Fraudulent charges with an account that sends money without the consent of the account holder or/and any kind of frauds will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken. We do not allow the user to share or resell his account, it will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken.

Suspension

VanityShop reserves the right to revoke your access to our product(s) if we find that you are misusing them. Our services are intended solely for server testing and development, and we will cancel your access if we suspect that you are using them improperly or have received reports to that effect.

We may refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons such as product or service unavailability, errors in the product or service description or pricing, or other factors.

Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions.

Under our sole discretion, we may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. You may discontinue using the Service if you wish to terminate your account.

All provisions of the Terms that are meant to survive termination, such as ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect even after the account is terminated.
